The post will become vacant when board member Jos\u00e9 Tadeu Jorge\u2019s term comes ends on June 28, 2012. The process will result in drawing up a three-name list, to be forwarded to the state governor so that he can choose the new member of the FAPESP Board of Governors. Voting will be electronic, from June 11 to 15, 2012, no votes being accepted after 5.00 p.m. on the last day. An electoral commission will count the votes at the Foundation\u2019s headquarters and will produce the three-name list the three candidates with the largest number of votes.
