To enable city managers to respond to more than 80 types of citizen grievances \u2013 the Cidadera database now has over 10,000 unresolved complaints \u2013, the team developed a free tool to be used by municipal entities (<a href=\"http:\/\/cidadera.com\/prefeituras\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/cidadera.com\/prefeituras<\/a>), accessible after registration.
