The event is described in one of the records available on Independ\u00eancias-mem\u00f3rias, a recently opened online repository with roughly 16,000 documents (including books, articles, theses, and dissertations) on the history of Brazil from 1808 to 1831 made freely available to the public. The complete references can be searched by author, title, keywords, year, or publication. Developed by a team of researchers and students from the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (USP) and the Federal University of S\u00e3o Paulo (UNIFESP) since 2013, independencias-memorias.com.br also features an atlas of 29 cities important to the debate on independence in Brazilian capitals.
