It is the latest release by the Leetra laboratory, led by Maria Silvia Cintra Martins of the Federal University of S\u00e3o Carlos. \u201cPlayers encounter cultural elements typical of the traditional Maragu\u00e1 culture and elements of the ghost stories told by this Indigenous Amazonian people. They also learn about aspects of the Maragu\u00e1\u2019s current political struggle in defense of their lands,\u201d Martins told <em>Ag\u00eancia FAPESP<\/em>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leetra.ufscar.br\/pages\/game_kawa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The game also explores rites that require feats of courage<\/a>. \u201cKaw\u00e3 first goes through the Wakarip\u00e9 ritual, which children undergo at around 10 years of age, marking the transition from childhood to adulthood.
