In the ranking drawn up by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), the top spots are occupied by Zurich, Switzerland; Oslo, Norway; and Canberra, Australia (all three in the same positions as the previous year). The top of the list also features Geneva and Lausanne from Switzerland, as well as Singapore; Copenhagen, Denmark; and London, UK. Brazilian cities only appear at the end of the list: Bras\u00edlia is in 130<sup>th<\/sup> place, S\u00e3o Paulo in 132<sup>nd<\/sup>, and Rio de Janeiro in 139<sup>th<\/sup>. The assessment includes resident satisfaction with transportation, governance, and access to green areas, schools, and medical services.
