A 2024 survey by the Brazilian Startups Association revealed that 40.7% of Brazilian startups were based in S\u00e3o Paulo alone, followed by Minas Gerais (8.9%), Santa Catarina (8.5%), Rio de Janeiro, and Paran\u00e1 (both with 8.4%)<\/li>\n<li>When it comes to deep techs, the concentration is even greater, with more than half (55%) located in S\u00e3o Paulo in 2024, according to a report by consultancy Emerge.
