Figueiredo, who has a degree in business administration from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC), is CEO of the natural-gas distribution company Comg\u00e1s. Nishimura, who holds a degree in business administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of S\u00e3o Paulo (PUC-SP), is chair of the Partners\u2019 Council and a member of the Board of Directors of the Jacto Group, which operates in various agribusiness sectors, and is also chair of the Board of Trustees of the Shunji Nishimura Foundation for Technology (FSNT), which focuses on education and innovation for agribusiness. Carlotti Junior, who has a degree in medicine from the Ribeir\u00e3o Preto School of Medicine at the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (FMRP-USP), has been the dean of USP since 2022.
