{"id":101370,"date":"2011-03-01T21:35:58","date_gmt":"2011-03-02T00:35:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/revistapesquisa.fapesp.br\/?p=101370"},"modified":"2015-02-25T17:15:01","modified_gmt":"2015-02-25T20:15:01","slug":"tuberculosis-invisible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistapesquisa.fapesp.br\/es\/tuberculosis-invisible\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuberculosis invisible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el municipio del R\u00edo de Janeiro los pacientes diagnosticados con tuberculosis tienen que dirigirse a las unidades que participan del Programa de Control de Tuberculosis y son registrados en el Sistema de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o de Agravos de Notificaci\u00f3n (Sinan). El problema es que la subnotificaci\u00f3n de \u00f3bitos y de internos por tuberculosis en el Sinan ha sido alta, seg\u00fan verificaron Ludmilla Sousa, de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Estado de Bah\u00eda, y Rejane Sobrino Pinheiro, de la Universidad Federal del R\u00edo de Janeiro, despu\u00e9s de examinar los registros de muertes asociadas a tuberculosis en el Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n sobre Mortalidad y el n\u00famero de casos internados del Sistema de Informaciones Hospitalarias del Sistema \u00danico de Salud. Constataron que el 43,2% de los 542 \u00f3bitos por tuberculosis y el 22,1% de los 1.079 casos internados que tuvieron lugar en 2004 no hab\u00edan sido notificados en el Sinam (Revista de Salud P\u00fablica, febrero de 2011). Posiblemente, el porcentaje de muertes y de internaciones no notificadas sea a\u00fan mayor, por no incluir los casos registrados despu\u00e9s de la muerte.
