La ceremonia de distinci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el marco del 28\u00ba ACM International Conference on Design of Communication (ACM Sigdoc\u201910), realizado en septiembre en la localidad de S\u00e3o Carlos (S\u00e3o Paulo). Cec\u00edlia dividi\u00f3 el premio con Clarisse de Souza, de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de R\u00edo de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
