Inglaterra y Francia pelean la tercera posici\u00f3n en cuanto al mayor n\u00famero de remisi\u00f3n de art\u00edculos. La revista fue lanzada en 2007 como la primera publicaci\u00f3n de libre acceso dedicada a la difusi\u00f3n de estudios sobre dolencias tropicales olvidadas, tales como hanseniasis (lepra), esquistosomiasis, o Chagas.
