La carrera ofrecer\u00e1 60 vacantes en dedicaci\u00f3n exclusiva y se dictar\u00e1 en la Facultad de Zootecnia e Ingenier\u00eda de Alimentos (FZEA), en el campus de Pirassununga. Ser\u00e1 el primer bachillerato del g\u00e9nero en Am\u00e9rica Latina. \u201cSolamente instituciones de Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1 y pa\u00edses europeos cuentan con carreras como \u00e9sta a nivel de grado\u201d, dice Celso Eduardo Lins de Oliveira, profesor de la FZEA. La carrera de la USP tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 10 semestres.
