En 2011, Bhupesh Samant y su esposa, Mugdha Sukhthanakar, por entonces docente del Departamento de Farmacia, enviaron un art\u00edculo al <i>Journal of Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry<\/i>. Por desgracia para ellos, la revisi\u00f3n del <i>paper<\/i> la realiz\u00f3 Rowena Martin, bi\u00f3loga de la Australian National University. Inmediatamente not\u00f3 que conten\u00eda tramos plagiados de un trabajo que ella misma hab\u00eda publicado.
