El lema del congreso es \u201cInnovaci\u00f3n y competitividad en un marco econ\u00f3mico global\u201d. Entre los distintos subtemas, se tratar\u00e1n asuntos tales como derecho autoral, transferencia de tecnolog\u00eda, biotecnolog\u00eda, cultivos, internet y deportes.
