El profesor Francisco Romeu Landi (1933-2004), quien fuera integrante del Consejo Superior, presidente y director presidente del Consejo T\u00e9cnico Administrativo de la FAPESP, fue admitido <em>post mortem<\/em> tambi\u00e9n como Comendador. La ceremonia solemne se realiz\u00f3 en el Palacio do Planalto y fue presidida por el presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva.
