La inversi\u00f3n inicial, anunciada por el presidente Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, ser\u00e1 de 50 millones de d\u00f3lares, pero se espera un refuerzo de 100 millones de d\u00f3lares obtenidos de los resultados de la venta de petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl pa\u00eds necesita una ciencia que pueda ser compartida con la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo Ch\u00e1vez, seg\u00fan el peri\u00f3dico<em> Venezuelanalysis<\/em>.
