Dicha \u00e1rea ser\u00e1 responsable entre otras acciones por la coordinaci\u00f3n de los estudios de tendencias tecnol\u00f3gicas, la definici\u00f3n de proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n y la captaci\u00f3n de recursos econ\u00f3micos en las agencias de fomento, a fin de ampliar la cartera de tecnolog\u00edas que ofrece. De acuerdo con la compa\u00f1\u00eda, la superintendencia tendr\u00e1 tres departamentos: Prospecci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica y Propiedad Intelectual, Ejecuci\u00f3n de Proyectos de Investigaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo e Innovaci\u00f3n y Archivo y Normalizaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica.
