Dicho trabajo ser\u00e1 realizado por investigadores de la Universidad de Zurich y del Museo de Basilea, ambos de Suiza, y artesanos del Instituto Afgano. La estatua original ten\u00eda 53 metros de altura, pero la r\u00e9plica tendr\u00e1 6 metros.
