Para descubrir por qu\u00e9 ocurre esto qu\u00e9 debe hacerse para revertir esta situaci\u00f3n, el Instituto Brasile\u00f1o de Geograf\u00eda y Estad\u00edstica (IBGE) empez\u00f3 a producir, en noviembre, una amplia investigaci\u00f3n con una muestra de nada menos que 10 mil industrias. Este estudio permitir\u00e1 trazar un amplio panorama de las actividades de innovaci\u00f3n emprendidas, de los problemas que las empresas enfrentan en el sector y de las eventuales relaciones que tienen con las universidades, institutos y centros de investigaci\u00f3n.
