{"id":93216,"date":"2010-08-01T20:53:48","date_gmt":"2010-08-01T23:53:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/revistapesquisa.fapesp.br\/?p=93216"},"modified":"2015-02-26T13:52:35","modified_gmt":"2015-02-26T16:52:35","slug":"un-test-nacional-para-h1n1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistapesquisa.fapesp.br\/es\/un-test-nacional-para-h1n1\/","title":{"rendered":"Un test nacional para H1N1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un consorcio formado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz), por medio del Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda en Inmunobiol\u00f3gicos, con sede en R\u00edo de Janeiro, el Instituto Carlos Chagas, de Paran\u00e1, y el Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda de Paran\u00e1 (Tecpar), est\u00e1 fabricando un kit con tecnolog\u00eda nacional que re\u00fane en un mismo producto los reactivos biomoleculares utilizados para la detecci\u00f3n del virus <em>influenza<\/em> H1N1. Los reactivos multiplican el material gen\u00e9tico del virus, el RNA v\u00edrico, lo que hace posible su identificaci\u00f3n. En el primer lote, se fabricaron 30 mil test para la detecci\u00f3n de la enfermedad en pacientes internados con sospecha de gripe, en casos de brotes en comunidades cerradas y para investigar defunciones. Los laboratorios del consorcio tienen capacidad para producir 80 mil test por mes.
