El veh\u00edculo, denominado Hybridus, emplea una tecnolog\u00eda h\u00edbrida diesel y el\u00e9ctrica. En lugar de una bater\u00eda recargable, el \u00f3mnibus va equipado con el sistema ELFA (Electric Low Floor Axle), controlado por una central electr\u00f3nica que re\u00fane dos ultracapacitores, que almacenan energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.
