En la opini\u00f3n del secretario Ruy Martins Altenfelder Silva, esta medida demuestra la disposici\u00f3n del gobierno por hacer que el turismo tenga una mayor participaci\u00f3n, como la industria y el comercio, en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico.
