Ligado a la instituci\u00f3n desde hace 25 a\u00f1os, fue anteriormente jefe de la Divisi\u00f3n de Procesamiento de Im\u00e1genes, y coordina desde 2001 el \u00e1rea de Observaci\u00f3n de la Tierra (OBT).
