Dicho centro es una organizaci\u00f3n no gubernamental sin fines de lucro que tiene como misi\u00f3n divulgar para instituciones, periodistas y consumidores informaciones cient\u00edficas y las diversas aplicaciones de la biotecnolog\u00eda.
