El concurso es abierto a investigadores autores de trabajos cient\u00edficos que resultaron en tesis de doctorado, disertaciones de maestr\u00eda y monograf\u00edas de especializaci\u00f3n y residencia, presentados y aprobados en programas de posgrado en el per\u00edodo de enero de 2000 a agosto de 2002.
