Dicha entidad, una reivindicaci\u00f3n de 30 a\u00f1os de la comunidad acad\u00e9mica regional, tendr\u00e1 autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y administrativa y recibir\u00e1 el 0,75% de la recaudaci\u00f3n tributaria del estado. Dicho porcentaje significar\u00e1 una inyecci\u00f3n anual de 30 millones de reales, siendo que un tercio de este monto deber\u00e1 canalizarse hacia\u00a0 la investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de agronegocios.
