Son textos que abordan desde la producci\u00f3n de cerveza, cacha\u00e7a y vino hasta la de agua de coco, refrescos y jugos, relacionando temas tales como legislaci\u00f3n, materia prima, industrializaci\u00f3n, microbiolog\u00eda, mercado y bibliograf\u00eda.
