Por el lado paulista, pueden presentar propuestas los responsables de varios tipos de Apoyo a la Investigaci\u00f3n sustentados por la FAPESP. Pueden postularse, el propio investigador responsable, investigadores doctores y becarios de posdoctorado de la FAPESP asociados al proyecto vigente. Por el lado de Israel, solamente se hallan aptos para participar los investigadores de la HUJ. La convocatoria est\u00e1 abierta para todas las ramas del conocimiento.
