The 36th International Congress on Intellectual Property will be held in São Paulo August 28 – 30, 2016, organized by the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI) with support from the Brazilian Association for Research and Development of Innovative Companies (ANPEI). The theme is “Innovation and Competitiveness in the Global Economic Scenario.” Subthemes include topics such as copyrights, technology transfer, biotechnology, cultivars, the Internet and sports.
